DO I NEED CONSULTING IN ORDER TO SETUP MY HOTEL NETWORK?

Consulting for setting-up your hotel’s network is optional. For the basic setup of a hotel with up to 30 rooms, a 5-hour consulting package is usually required and is available at the price of £250 (once-off). Additional consulting can be provided for larger hotels or for more advanced packages (Hotel 3.0 & Hotel 3.0 Pro) at the price of £50 per hour. Contact us for more information.


HOW MUCH DISK SPACE DO I HAVE AVAILABLE?

The disk space provided for every hotel network is 1GB. Additional disk space can be provided at the price of £5 per month for every 5GB.


ARE THERE ANY FURTHER HIDDEN COSTS?

The HotelTect Suite operates on the Platform as a Service Model (PaaS), which means that there are no additional costs in relation to hosting, upgrades, maintenance and security. Additional costs will incur only if you require help with the customization of the platform or additional disk space, as mentioned above.


DO YOU PROVIDE CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

We offer full documentation of the Backend System, access to best practices, latest features, as well as email support through our Community Support Desk within 48 hours (normal business hours).


WHAT IS RESPONSIVE DESIGN?

HotelTect has been designed using Responsive Technology, which means that your network will work automatically on any smart device (smartphone, pad, tablet etc), without the need of downloading an App.
