HotelTect was inspired by the organizational problems experienced upon managing a hotel business. Following the latest trends in management thinking and the arising need for more collaborative and adaptive hotels, a tool was developed to solve some frequent communication and collaboration problems in hotels. HotelTect, named from the concept of tecture (=shape, build your hotel) has evolved into a strategic tool for hotel leaders that aim at achieving more effective organization within their hotel. Together with early adopters of the tool, we have established the HotelTect Community for hotel leaders with advanced hotel management thinking. HotelTect Community is the space where we - hotel leaders - exchange knowledge, best practices and ideas towards achieving more enjoyable and productive hotel workplaces.
